The H200 rotary powder sieve is designed for trouble-free sieving and maximum throughput capacity in powder coating operations to significantly reduce rejects and deliver superior finish quality.
Fine material passes through the screen mesh in to the hopper, where it is kept fludised and pumped to the powder guns. Oversize materials which would be detrimental to the finished coating are continuously discharged in to the waste bucket.
With high screening capacity, the sieve has been shown in tests to effectively handle a 600 kg/hr of conventional powder.
The sieve is an integral part of the feed hopper, eliminating troublesome adapters, and comes with a filling hatch which also allows easy screen mesh inspection.
